Are you a New Zealand company?

Yes! We're 100% New Zealand owned and operated, based in Ashburton.

Are your products listed anywhere else for sale?

No, our products are only available from here on our online store.

I have an idea I'd like to discuss with you, when is the best time to call?

When our printers are running it can be very noisy and difficult to hear the phone ring. We do our best to answer but alot of the time we cant leave the printers for more than a few minutes. 
The best time to call is in the morning between 9-10am. If this doesn't suit or we don't answer, you'll find us faster to reply via email, messenger or instagram.

What are DTF Transfers?

Direct to film transfers, otherwise known as DTF Transfers, are a great way to create fashionable and long lasting garments. They involve taking a design and printing it onto a special film that is then heat press onto T-Shirts, sweatshirts and other garments.

What are UV DTF Stickers?

UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct to Film) Stickers are a cutting-edge printing technology used to apply designs, logos, and graphics onto hard, flat surfaces. The design is printed onto the film using UV ink and is then cured using UV light, making it durable and resistant to fading, scratching, and water damage. The film is then applied to the desired surface, creating a high-quality, vibrant, and long-lasting print. UV DTF Stickers are versatile and can be used on various materials like glass, metal, and ceramics, making them popular for creating personalised gifts, promotional items, and branded products.

Can you match my brand colours?

Unfortunately we're unable to match your colour. The current DTF and UV DTF printers are very temperamental and dont make adjustments easy or quick. There are also many factors like temperature and humidity that can change the print results significantly. We hope to be able to offer this in the future as the technology evolves.

Do you offer heat pressing services?

Yes absolutely! If you cant DIY, we can do it for you.

Can you source blank apparel for me?

Yes we can. We have accounts with several suppliers including AS Colour, Gildan, Cloke, Biz Collection and more.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards and Afterpay.
Bank transfer can be arranged upon special request before you place your order.

How do I redeem a coupon code?

You'll be prompted during checkout to enter a coupon code. Once applied, you will see the discount take effect. If you have any problems with it not working, please get in touch via our contact page.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. If you can contact us as quickly as possible, before we have started printing or packing your order, then we are happy to make any changes or process a refund.

What do the order status updates mean?

When you place an order that requires printing, you will recieve status emails with the following updates:

  • Processing
    Your order has been received and we're checking your files.
  • In Print Queue
    We're happy with your files, they've been laid up, and are waiting in the print queue to be printed.
  • Printed
    Your prints have been successfully printed and are packed, ready for the courier to collect.
  • Completed
    The courier has collected your parcel.

What can cause delays with my order?

Unfortunately there are several things that can make an order become delayed.

  • Files are not ready for printing and require editing or resupply (ie. background isn't transparent, image is too small etc)
  • Printer is busy with a large order ahead of yours in the queue
  • Printer breakage
  • Print errors resulting in the need for a reprint
  • Courier delays

Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We use CourierPost (NZ Post) as our courier partner to ship both around New Zealand and to Australia.

How much is shipping?

How long will my order take to get to me?

We expect orders to take 1-3 days to process, then a further 1-3 days to arrive once they've been shipped.
Please allow extra time during the busiest times of the year. Order early to give your parcel the best chance to arrive on time.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. If you're in Ashburton (NZ), you're welcome to pick up your order. We ask that you contact us to organise a pick-up time before placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! All shipped parcels have a tracking code. We'll send this to you as soon as your purchase has been packaged and the courier has picked it up.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Ashburton, NZ. All of our available stock is here, ready to be packed & shipped.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes we do, but we rely on a third party to deliver this service and we cant guarantee it will arrive overnight. We can only do our part and hope our courier will deliver on time.
Please contact us before you place an urgent order so we can advise if your timeline is possible. There is also an additional fee as overnight shipping costs more.

Refunds & Reprints
